How do I set up a twitter to update a facebook fan page as opposed to a profile page?

I have been shown selective tweets which doesn't work any more and other outdated apps. All I can find is either outdated or from pages to twitter, which is a useless idea or twitter to PERSONAL profiles also useless for me.

I dont understand your question fully. But you can post your twitter tweet automatically to your facebook wall or on your fanpage . Its called twitter feed you can search it. You can also make your fan page customizing.
