we have communication issues, please help?

me and my girlfriend have been dating for three months now and we know almost everything about eachother. now when were on the phone or on facebook we can never find anything to talk about and we will just be sitting there in awkward silence. i need to know how to keep a conversation going and also i only get to see her every two weeks and when we see eachother in person we can never stop talking

sometimes it just gets awkward, its happened to me before. maybe stop talking on the phone or facebook and stick to texting. things are less awkward over text. but I wouldnt worry about it, it will pass
