Can you chose who follows you on twitter?

Is there a way to not let anybody follow you until you chose to accept it? Like on instagram there is a setting to see who wants to follow you and then you can chose if they can or not?

I'm not sure how are you do it, but you can make your profile private so people to have to send you a request before the follow you, I'm sure if you google it it will give you an answer! But yeah I'm pretty sure you can!

Yes!
Go to Twitter, settings (the top right) then Profile and there will be an option saying "lock my Tweets" or something.
This will stop people from viewing your tweets and if they wish to follow you then they will have to send a request. You can accept and let them follow you or block them, or just leave them pending.
