Can I block certain friends from posting on my Facebook wall?

I have friends on Facebook that are real friends, and then friends that are for apps only. On myspace I can choose certain friends to have in my activity stream. Can I choose to receive posts on my wall from just certain friends only on Facebook?

1. Go to the person's page that u dont wanna be friends with
2. Scroll down to the bottom of their page
3. Click "remove friend" (or something close to that idk)

Yeah you can. Go to your friends list
and then create a separate list, and name it like "Applications Only"
and then you have to change the settings so they can only see your limited profile and not post on your wall.
