deactivate my twitter and im no longer following anyone and i have no followers, is this permant?
i deactivate my twitter account for a few hours and when i went back on i wasnt following anyone or had any followers, is this perminante?

Yes you will just have to rebuild your follow list

Unfortunately, it seems to be. You can try to add followers by using free tutorials that are available online.
