What happens if you submit more than one appeal for a twitter suspension?

I got a suspension for aggressive following and appealed it and it said I'd get an email but I've not gotten one and it's been like 3 hours. I've checked multiple email addresses just to make sure I didn't put the wrong one but it's not in any. Does this mean my appeal didn't go through and I should send another one? Will I get more trouble if I send a second one?
