im being sued by my gym and they contacted me on facebook saying they was bring me to court is that harrasment?

i signed a month to month contract and after two months of going i stopped..and i lost my card and had to get a new one . Gils gym kept billing me without me knowing for 7 months so now i owe 500 dollars for a service i didnt use. they didnt send me any bills or try to contact me anyway besides messaging me on facebook saying they was bringing me to court. is that harrasment?

It's not harrassment, if they only called you once. They can take you to court.
