Is it a crime to make a fake/parody twitter page of someone?
My best-friend is being expelled because she made a twitter page of our geometry teacher.

No, it's not a crime. Well, I should say, it's a grey area that no courts have ruled as illegal, yet...but that doesn't mean you can't be expelled for it. There's probably rules about impersonating a teacher or something similar that it would fall under.

It is not a crime to create an account like that, however what you do with it could be a crime. Your friend sounds like a bonehead.

It's illegal to impersonate someone else but I think as long as it's clearly stated that it's not the actual person it's fine, I'm not sure though.

Not illegal but unwise.
