Hes really strict and he doesnt want people to see my picture online because he thinks people will stalk me and take me to afacria and be a slave! (Hes graduated from colledge and has a career and he really thinks that) if I ask him he will just be like big negative. And wont even listen to me when I explain why! (He doesnt know i have this email and i feel kind of guilty)

Just ask. Tell him you won't put your face on the Internet. Either he'll say no, and you'll drop it, or he'll say yes.

Oh and P.S, it's Africa, and what on earth does him being a college graduate have to do with his ridiculous beliefs?

If your only young just wait till your older for FB! But if your a teenager tell him you'll not put any pictures up and you'll keep it as private as you can and tell him you'll give him the password and username! If he still won't just make a FB up and be careful!
