Israel has now admitted to forcing birth control on Ethiopian Jews. What are your thoughts?
It was reported earlier this week that Israeli officials had been giving birth control to arriving Ethiopian Jews "without their consent", the international media had a field day. Twitter lapped it up, too. Here was hard evidence, observers said, of Israeli racism. Some even used the word "sterilisation" and haughtily reminded Israelis that the Holocaust, that thing they go on about all the time, also started with the sterilisation of "undesirables".
http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/brenda...njections/ After enduring forced sterilizations during the Holocaust, how can the Jewish people rationalize doing the exact same thing to another group of people? They were treated like sub human animals, and now they think it's OK to do that exact thing to other people? This is the absolute worst kind of hypocrisy. Ads |

Israel can do no wrong with the evangelical Christians. They could strap suicide vests to puppies and send them into a school for blind kids and that would be okay. Which is odd given that the Christians think the Jews are all going to burn in Hell.

Yeshua loved the Ethiopians. Many of those in Israel are not the true bloodline from Abraham from Isaac. What do they care. True Jews will face hate,

Do the Jewish people rationalize it? I'm Jewish and I think such a thing is horrible. And to my understanding, so does everyone, including some of the people who actually followed this terrible policy.
And also, not that I am condoning this in ANY WAY, but sterilization (which is permanent) and birth control (which is temporary) are NOT the same thing. My great aunt was sterilized in the holocaust. Because of temporary abuse, she had permanent repercussions. Someone who's on birth control can choose to have children later when they go off of it. Again, this was 100% wrong, but the comparison you make is not logically equal. |

Did you actually read your link?
Because it actually says nothing of the kind. Could I politely suggest that you go read it and then delete this answer or leave it for the rest of the world to laugh at you. Ray |
