How can i message someone that i am not friends with on Facebook?

There is this guy pretending to be her and i want to let her know!

There is no message icon on her timeline because it is the new TimeLine facebook page thing?

It depends some peole put on public messages! so you type in their username and click on their name and click on message!!

Click on the messages icon at the top of the Facebook page, and click on New Message.  When the message box is up, start typing her name into the "To:" field.  When her name is found, click on it, then type your message and send it.

sometimes you can't message people you're not friends with because of their privacy settings. otherwise, it should be on their timeline, beside the "subscribe" button.
