What is a good, free online blog site?

I'm looking obviously for a free blog site. One that you like of course. Also it would be nice if it would be part of like a community thing where people talk about it. If that makes sense at all.

This is the most used website to create a blog. I highly suggest using it and it's run by Google so that way you no it's safe.
