how can i get more views on my YouTube videos?

I am a heavy youtube user and my friends and I just started our own channel. We have a good comedy theme, but we want more viewers. Our best video so far has been out a week or so and has 350 views. Every other video has about 70-130 views and those were posted a few days ago. I want to know how we can get more viewers on our videos. We have 5 subscribers already which is ok for
a week. But how can we get more views? We also started a twitter page and have about 140 followers at the moment.

quality is very important... if your videos is very interesting then it will grow... atleast have minimum of 200 videos to get lots of views..

It is really just all about luck. I have a video on YouTube that has 32,000 views and a couple others with 15,000 and 13,000 views. I got lucky enough to have my highest viewed video suggested next to a popular video. If your video's are funny and have quality content and stand out from the crap then they will slowly gain in popularity and you will get a fan base.
