a serious question for anyone that can help.?
hello everyone,
i need a lot of help from anyone who can.i need a way to get attention of international media particularly the U.S.A for an issue that has happened in my country.if i could get this it will bring pressure on my government a huge pressure n they will make laws..i have seen when the whole world takes a stand about thing that are wrong . specially america ..countries bow down..i m real desperate..
there are protest going on n goverement is just fooling us fr decades...
our laws give punishment fr rape just 7 yrs..whether its 1 yr old or 65 whether it gangrape or u r killed in the act..its not waking up..india is the worst place fr a women to be born in.reason social stigma n poor mentality..lets not go in that.
recently an incident happened which shook humanity n my trust in Indians..there are lot of protests in various cities but government still does nothing i m tired..and i know if there is outrage in people outside too about these incidents n the whole world criticize our government like we have seen in cases before something will happen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRVQ5058fkM bhere is just a little clip..i know some people will ignore but...i m just asking a way to contact international media...any help is big help
thank you .sir for at least answering this.and i already know BBC has covered it..but my aim is to let more more and more people know not about the rape but the protest..and what it is about..we just need the laws to change just little thing our country cant provide..who can force our politicians.. India is not listening to us .the small number of people mostly women and very few good men.when are world knows things change...they get and keep getting better.i m an Indian but i don't have that mentality.and i know it has worked in several incidents.
and the clip is just about how the protesters were beaten and bombed with tear gas n water cannons.

There is already international coverage of this issue at least here in the UK at least (and so I assume elsewhere as well)

Major & respected news outlets such as the BBC have picked up on this
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-20827955
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-20826070

Likewise other outlets such as the tabloid news
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...ttack.html

Sorry but I don't open Youtube videos from untrusted sources as I have seen some pretty horrible images in the past when doing so (the newspaper article was enough to read as it was), but I assume this is one and the same issue.

The Indian government will know that coverage is already extended to the world at large and will feel a degree of pressure by now

Hopefully this will bring about the momentum for change.
