Your best bet is to create a blog with great search engine optimization. While you might consider a pre-packaged solution like Blogger or Typepad, I recommend having your own server space and installed blog software like Wordpress.

However, this will only work if you write high-quality articles. The only way you can get money is if you have a lot of traffic. Most of the traffic you will get will come from search engines. And search engines will only rank you high, if you have incoming links to your website from many other websites. The only way you'll get links from other websites is if you have high-quality information.
