No, not the Pledge of Allegence. Some people will do anything to undermine America! There are any number of other things to teach in other languages.

An easier fix would be to simply omit the "under <god>" part.

Since there is no Christian God, no Allah, and no Jehovah, what possible difference
can it make to whom the faithful address their prayers?

Let them pray to Micky Mouse, if they want to.

Nope. The Pledge should be recited exactly as written.

One National Under "Allah" means Sharia Law for all. But hey, I thought Obama was the president FOR women's rights.

Every time I envision the youth of America being lined up and TOLD that they must Pledge Allegiance to ANY country or ANY god I see them as being just a uniform and an arm lifted at an angle away from being Nazi's.

You damn well can bet those Nazi Youth thought they were pledging allegiance to a just cause with God's stamp of moral approval on it.

I believe Allegiance, like respect, is EARNED by a country/government.

It is not my child who, at the age of 6, should be pledging allegiance to a Country that so far has only allowed him to be born here and called an American.

It is the Country/Government who should be pledging allegiance to it's citizens to be honest and fair and to give it's citizens every opportunity possible for success in their future lives.
