How do you delete an app from activity log in FACEBOOK?

Well on facebook, I went to Account Settings, Privacy Settings, Use Activity Log. On the left hand side there are apps there that are no longer on facebook (have been removed). I would like to know how to delete that activity/app from my activity log indeed. Already have been to the app page and it links me right to the website of the app. Its retarded. Anyone help?
My girlfriend has my password and if she will find out that i was using zoosk app she may gonna kill me = ) I dont want her to see my application activities is there any script or sth to delete them from left column of activity log????

Just block the app...

Or make the notification to be " only me " in app center
Or by going to privacy settings
