Is she interested or does she just think im weird?

So i have a girl in one of my classes i thought she was cute since the beginning of the year and recently one of her friends asked me if i thought her other friend was cute i told her yes but that i thought the girl in my class was cuter. And when she asked if she could tell her i said that i dont care. I think that she told her i said that today because i just noticed them whispering and looking and she mentioned me on twitter and we talked a little....Does she think im just weird or is she actually interested and how should i take the next step?

She probably doesnt think you're weird but she probably doesnt like you like that, just as a friend. Keep talking to her more and you may develop a relationship.
