What time did the VMAs 2009 started in New York?
Hey guys, I'd jus like to know what time did the VMAs started in New York city. I am from Mexico and here they're claiming they broadcasting is live, but certainly that's so not true, I mean, I've just check on twitter that Lauren Conrad (The Hills) and Ricky Martin had posted a tweet about what happened with Taylor Swift and Kanye West, but their post are from like an hour and a half ago or so, and that is just happening in the broadcasting for Mexico.

New york is on the east Coast.So whoever watched on the east coast saw it and whoever was there. It started at 9 PM eastern.Now they are just rebrodcasting it agian on the east coast on Mtv.

No it's not true in N.Y.C the VMAs started at 8:00pm or 9:00pm. it has ended like an hour ago.
