how do i install sound on my laptop?

Your system probably has sound on it but you are probably missing the drivers. Taking care of this depends on a few things but you can probably figure out if the drivers are the issue by opening your control panel then clicking on hardware and sound then opening your device manager and seeing if the device is either missing the driver or just disabled.
