That's when she was just starting to become famous. Now, there are millions of people watching her every move. If she says something strange, it's all over the news. If she get's some coffee at Starbucks, it's all over TMZ. Now, in interviews she has to be careful for what she says. One thing she says wrong or doesn't mean can break off her career.
In the link you provided, she was slightly famous. but barely relevant. She could just be herself and no one would criticize her. Now, she has almost 14 million followers on Twitter. Her being carefree and giggling and laughing in interviews, people will be like, "Why is she so happy? Does she have a boyfriend? Is she drunk? Is she faking it? Is this the new Gaga? Is her next song called Laughter?!".

I know I've changed dramatically over the past 3 years. If I gained millions of fans over those 3 years, I would be even more different.
