Does it mean she blocked me?

My best friend and I have met each other in the beginning of the school year and we hit it off as best friends and on the last week of school we weren't talking as much and I thought it was because it was almost summer vacation an we were all tired and stuff but we always talked on twitter and one day I noticed that I didn't see her tweets and when I tried following her again it says forbidden and then I wasn't friends with her on Facebook and the same with tumblr, I don't know what I did but does that mean she blocked me?

Usually if someone is blocking you on twitter and you try to follow them again it says you can't follow them because they are blocking you. I've never come across the error message saying forbidden but if you've noticed the same on Facebook and tumblr then I'm afraid it does sound like she's blocking you.
