Why are my relationships so chaotic?
It seems like through out the years, the more socializing has become a problem. At the age of 13, I fell in love with Bjork (I have a strange taste in women as you can tell) and when I came to realization, I could never be with her, I had a severe meltdown to the point I got angry or depressed about any thing. After that period, it seemed like I really have problems with socializing. At 14, to help me socialize better I began starting to act like Jim Carrey to help me gain attention. I soon gained reputation as the class clown until around January of that year, when my class mates got tired of my antics and just completely ignored me. I was alone for there on out. At age 15, I started to really want a girl friend as I was feeling really isolated and sex became almost an essential. My isolation was getting so bad that even my parents to notice it. I really hated that I could not form relationships with other people. At age 16, my need for a female was becoming tormenting me and I was trying to get a girl friend on Facebook all that year. During Summer break, I finally got a girl friend but my mind was so convoluted by then that when I found out she was still talking to her old boy friend that my paranoia of her cheating on me ruined our relationship. I am now 17 and just a couple of months ago I fell in love with a new girl who happened to be gothic. She was so beautiful but strange looking at the same time, just like how I saw Bjork. Ironically, she was the only one who treated me like an actual person. She would actually say hi to me and she was actually the first person ever to be the one who said hi to me first on Facebook, instead of me saying hi to them. I began talking to her on recess and we actually had a lot in common. It felt really good that I could actually relate to someone. I then started to find out some things about her like she had a boy friend, she already had sex with three guys. I was extremely angry about that and I said I wanted to strangle her on my Facebook status but I didn't even say her name and her friend knew I was talking about her and she turned in what I said to the school. Now, I can't even talk to her what so ever because her dad filed a restraining order against me. I now cry every night because I could have at least been her friend and maybe have lead a normal life. To make matters worse, she's pregnant now. It makes me so angry because I'm one of the only kids in my class that is still a virgin.

I was thinking that I could have borderline personality disorder or I could perhaps be a psychopath.

Borderline personality almost for certain. That could lead to complete psychopathy if you don't get help now. You're only 17 and already you exhibit very VERY serious behavior problems and it has already landed you in more trouble than you know. These problems WILL only get worse if you don't get treatment (psychiatrist).

You shouldn't believe all the guys in your class when they say they've had sex.
You messed up bad with that gothic girl. You should write her a letter of apology, saying that you understand that you have problems, that you're very sorry if you scared her. It won't fix your friendship but I think it would be beneficial for both of you.
You may have borderline personality disorder, or maybe you've just been in your own head for too long. Ask your parents or school counseller about therapy (it really helped me with my anger problems).
Your need to feel loved is a sign of low self esteem. Work on making friends before you start dating.
