Feeling alone at night?
I go to bed when I get tired, but often wake up a few hours in and I suddenly feel so alone, while the world sleeps. I check all my social media sites in hopes that someone is awake like me, and when nobody is there, I fall deeper into loneliness. I continually look out my window for some reason, maybe waiting for the sun to rise and the world to join me. Sometimes I get in my car and drive by one of my siblings houses in hopes that someone is awake, but they never are. Maybe someone could help me deal with this nighttime loneliness.

Many people feel that. There are many people you can chat with. Who can be a friend.

Sounds like your having issues with sleep as well, wich I to have along with feeling lonely. You can try reading something that you know will make you sleepy or listen to slow music, soft music. You can try praying ,depending how you feel about religon. Somebody loves you and your not alone. You can also try some sort of community volunteer groups and maybe therapy, if you feel the lonely feeling is getting out of control, because having no sleep can make you feel worse.
