How do I check to see if 1 person is following 2 specific twitter/Facebook accounts?

Basically, two fake accounts have been talking to me on this messaging app called 'kik'

I have recently discovered that they are fake as they have used pictures from two other people's twitter accounts, and changed the name.

I have come to the conclusion that whoever behind it FOLLOWS both of the other girls on twitter, to have access to the photos.

Because the two real accounts have thousands of followers, it would be impossible to look through followers myself and find a link.

Is there any application or website that would allow me to find MUTUAL followers between two twitter accounts?

The Only Way to Check on Twitter is to Look at the Followers List For Facebook if its A Personal profile If there Friend List is Shown click on it than Click on Mutual Friends and it will show If its A Like Page Its Not Possible to Check
