What`s the best way to sell E-books online!?

I am an SEO expert and written and instructional e-book on the subject; now I have also done a website to sell my book and obviously doing the SEO for it but that takes time.
Has anyone sold any e-books online?
Whats a good way of selling e-books online and get this viral!?

All you have to do is sell them, but without allowing the customer to download it.

You can set this up very easily with Google Drive
Just upload your ebooks, and then when you open it up, on the top left you will have a blue button "Share" click on it, and then add people's email adress (This will be the people who bought it)

This means that only people who you have authorised to view the ebook will be able to view it. And they won't be able to download it, or edit it - you will have the author rights.

It's that simple.

If you want to be more advanced then you'll need to set up your own website with paid membership access. Then you just code the whole membership site so that nobody is allowed to copy any of the content (right mouse button won't work at all when the visitor will be on your site)

Once you allow people to download the content, that's when it'll start to spread with torrents. But there still will be people who will buy it.

I'd say that you are on the right path. Don't be discouraged by the time SEO takes and by the low traffic for now. Your SEO will get you there and having that on your site is the best way to go as you will not only be selling the book but also be getting an audience which you could capture and keep and generate a decent income through. Plus, the next time you have to sell an ebook you won't need to do anything else as your ranking will be up and you'll have a stable traffic and hopefully a good satisfied anxious audience. So having it on your site is the best way for you to go.

As for getting more people, keep updating your site's content filled intelligently with keywords, add meta-tags and all the SEO bells and whistles. Then move on to social media marketing. Having a book, you'll be able to reach out to people there more quickly and maybe have them share your site and info among their pages, groups and friends. You could get a cheap affordable package from any good reputable SEO company out there. This could really be beneficial for you as the cost won't be that much and you could spend time on your next venture or on making your site better. Just make sure to check their clients and previous work to make sure they are good.

Just keep it up, you'll get there and this is the best way you're heading.
