Does using Twitter on a Koodo Phone cost you?

I live in Canada, and I have a Koodo phone that costs money to access the internet.
How would you be able to send your Tweets on your phone, and do you have to use internet access for it?

Hi!
No internet is necessary for twitter on a phone. Simply go to the twitter site on a computer and set your phone up in your account. (Under the devices tab)
Now you should be able to text your twitter updates to 40404 and there you are! The only cost is whatever you are charged for sending the text message and if you are charged for incoming texts.(Some phones support twitter letting you know if someone comments on your post. then they text you so you know.)
