How to make a cool book cover on wattpad?
I would like to use my iPod (4) I want it to fade out I'll give you a link to a story as an example I would like an app

I use gimp to make covers for Watt. Sorry I can't tell the exact how-to but for what you're describing it sounds like fg to transparent gradient and tinkering with the opacity and layer mode
