B) she's in a relationship with another guy
C) family dont allow her to date

got bullied by who?

maybe her friends or girl in the same school with her jealous of you two together

or her family didn't want her in relationship or they didn't want you with her Tongue

or something else?

maybe you should talk to her & demand explanation.
