What kind of jobs can you get in media or social media? And do they pay well?

There are many related jobs - social media marketing is a hot topic right now. Whether it is in a few years is a question though. And at the end of the day, marketing is marketing, regardless of the tools involved. Getting a marketing diploma/degree with a social media focus can't hurt though.
