First of all where did you get that bs data? Secondly, unlike the BSA these organizations haven't openly refused to hire conservatives, and even if your data was true it only points out that they are discriminated against in the workplace not when they are hired. Finally, when you are in a setting of highly educated people and you believe in pro life crap and creationism it's easy to be looked at with skepticism.
