-> Make your page attractive, post interesting updates, status, attractive pictures etc.

-> Suggest it to all your friends and tell them to suggest your page to their friends too.

-> Take help from admins of other pages, if you know someone.

-> If you are ready to spend a few bucks then Go for facebook ads, It is effective but it's not free.

Remember you cannot add any people, People will join your page only if they find it interesting.
