This boy called peter has been at my school for 2 months now, but the first day he came to my school he added me as a friend on facebook then messaged me saying he loves me and stuff and has said the same thing everyday since. We've never really spoken in person mainly because he's shy and my bff is a flirt and will take him away when i try and talk to him he comes to talk to me.
how can he like me though if he doesn't know me?

He 'thinks' he loves you he sounds immature right now (not in a bad sense) but he thinks he can love someone after seeing them once and not even speaking to them? Get talking to him and make sure your friend backs off for you to be able to actually to communicate with him. As flattering and special it is for someone to say 'i love you' it shouldnt be taken lightly he might 'like' you from chatting to you online but its not 'love' at least not yet
