I have a fan Twitter for an amusement park. When I hit 1,000 followers I want to do a giveaway. I was thinking about giving away one of the shirts that the park sells. Would this be illegal since I didn't make the shirt?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. And no it wouldn't be copy rights violation because you're not reproducing the item. Think of it this way. You can buy an iPhone and give it to someone. No strings attached

SAMPSON

If you bought the shirt then no you aren't breaking any copyright laws if you give it away. You cannot SELL it and you cannot make any t shirts yourself that have their logo or image. But you can giveaway a shirt you purchased from them.
