Should I make a new twitter account?
I've had twitter for more than 3 months and Ive only got 28 followers. I'm in high school 10th grade I know a lot of ppl I'm pretty popular in school. Should I just delete my account and start over or not. If not pls tell me how I can get more ppl to follow me.

Just delete your account and leave it at that, unless your a celebrity or have 10,000 followers, twitter is useless.
