If you've been texting a guy for several months, but only been in person with him twice(and he practicly ignored you both times at his youth) and you aren't dating, what would you do? Both have busy schedules and hardly ever can meet up and you both are shy and you don't know if you really want to meet him because according to everyone he's different in person. You all aren't dating but he flirts with you a lot, but you sometimes would just like to talk and he doesn't. He's not hot, but not too bad, sortof looks like Harry Potter. It's obvious he likes you more than you like him. What would you do?

I'd try to hang out with him more, get to know him. Maybe with time he'll feel comfortable to talk. The more you spend time with someone IN PERSON the better idea you'll get of them. Don't be fooled by texting and social media. You can't read expressions there.
