I WANNA KNOW HOW TO DRAW THIS IMAGE, help please!!!!!?

HI! i wanna know how to draw this image in photoshop because i got someone to do it for me but i wanna know how to do it, i just merely gave her the details i wanted in my social media icons in my blog and she drew them up for me. http://www.flickr.com/photos/watchtimepass/8392168280/ here is one of the icons she did for me, i just told her purple ombre clouds and the font i wanted and she did this for me, im not sure what she used and i really wanna know hows she did this, DO NOT LINK ME TO ANY THING, i want anyone to list down for me , STEP BY STEP how to do this on my own as well in photoshop!!!! thanks!

you want the tall narrow font, or other,

the cloud has outline, for that you draw line with pen/ path tool,
and apply stroke to line and color and width,

the fill, you select area with wand, and apply color to white gradient, or choice,

then add any text words you want,
