No They Do Not Get Any Notifcation If you Dont Block them Tho They Can Still Visit your profile and if they Do they May Find Out that Way or If you Block them They Wont Be able to See your Profile At all When They Try to Visit it they will Get a Error Message

trust me, speaking from personal experience, they get no notification.
but if you block them they cant see your profile at all. its like you don't exist
if you unfriend them, they can still see your profile and see that you're no longer friends
