How to unlock my Facebook account which is temporarily locked?

My Facebook account got temporarily locked...I cannot log in with my Laptop but i can log in with my Samsung Galaxy S3...and my S3's internet is too slow so i need you guys to try and help me. This is what comes when i try to log in with my laptop:

Then when i click they say:

Then if i try the same thing comes. So guys please help me. It has been like this since December 26 2012.

Try Going onto Facebook On your Laptop and Try Again if it Still Does Not let you Download it Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem to them
