Where did the, "Take a photo on webcam" button go on Facebook?

Okay, so the only way I am able to take photos and put them on Facebook is via my webcam and when you click add photos there is no, "Use webcam" button like there used to be except for on change profile picture. So how do I fix this issue?

There's no issue.
The only way to take a picture from webcam is by...
Going to your facebook page
Hover your profile picture
Click edit profile picture
And click "Take Photo"
That's the only way to webcam fast.

Yeah..... They update Facebook too much. Changes a lot.
