How do you make symbols like these??!?!!?

HELPPPPPPPP!!!!!they are all over my Instagram and Twitter accounts and I wanna know how I can make them! By the way....I have a Galaxy S III♥ these are the different symbols-----> 💅💁😂😂😂😂😂😩😭

well on my iphone it is called emoji the workd button near the space bar will give you lots of choices

It's an emoji app, I don't know if you can get it but try. go on youtube and look for emoji app on galaxy & check. good luck!

You have to download an application called "emoji". Then you go to your settings and add "emoji" to your keyboard. & then when ever you try to write something, you will see a globe sign on the bottom left & when you press it you will see those signs
