How do I use adsense?

Well I have been waiting approval for the last 3 months and come to find out I need to add the ads in order for them to be approved or something like that. So how can I get the ads up on my blog or does it appear magically (if it does how come they are not up yet) JUST EXPLAIN TO ME PLEASE

For some adsense gets approved soon, for some they don't

basic rules:
have a minimum of 15 posts - you have it
blog must be in active for 6 months

Traffic:
you have to make people visit your blog
best thing you can do is submit your blog url to major search engines like google, yahoo, bing
join social networks
and the 2500 views in year is less!

visibility:
your blog content the font and the color is not good
have a plain theme
change your background picture it is disturbing

Once you have applied, you will receive a partial approval email.
After that you need to login at https://google.com/adsense and under my ads tab create a new ad unit generate the code and paste the code onto your website. Once this is done the 2nd step in the review process will be triggered and within a week you will start seeing ads on your site if approved else you will receive an email with the reason why your application was disapproved.
