Dell studio 540 won't turn on?

Dell studio 540 won't turn on?
I just moved and when I set up my studio 540, it won't turn on but I hear 2 beeps. Then a 2 second pause and 2 beeps. The power supply light is solid green and the monitor is telling me it is going into power saving mode. What can I do to get it to work like normal again? Help please.
