what is the best way to message a lady on facebook to get her attention?

yes I know calling is best, but lets say I was going to communicate through email or facebook..whats the best way to message them with an opening,middle and ending to the message? I dont think I have good skills at writing a catchy letter or message and need help working on my skills

The best thing to do is to talk about Why you want to talk to her and of course complimenting her would be the best way to start the conversation. You gotta break the ice and you have to know her hot buttons. What makes her tick?

Ask her who is one of the other girls in her pictures on Facebook.She will message you back wondering why you want to know. Say you think she ( the girl in the picture is cute). She will want to talk to you after that. If you say she is cute she will ignore you.If you say her friend is cute she will wonder why therefore opening up a conversation. just do start with something simple like a hi,hey,happy new years,etc.,etc. and let her respond that will be a good way to start but it depends in which way you're trying to get her attention

Woman don't always like flattery, it comes across to us often as false especially if the guy doesn't know us anywhere but the internet. So don't overdo things, just talk a little bit about yourself and ask her an open-ended question - that's a question that can't just be answered yes or no, then when she answers - if she is interested at all - than she will answer and you have started a conversation. If she doesn't then move on, cause she is not interested. E.g 'My name is Joe Bloggs, I'm a fireman and divorced with 2 children I see regularly, I was looking to make some more friends on Facebook and you were recommended by George Brown who is friends with you already and who I know from work. Check out my profile page and if you add me we could chat sometime, I see that we share an interest in pyrotechnics and wondered if you have seen the latest new fireworks out of China?' So tell your name, your marital status, work. Where you saw her pic or what caught your notice about her? Check her profile page and find something you have in common and tell her you into that too and ask her an open-ended question about herself or something she is involved in from her profile page.
