I hate the word normal, everybody is different so there is no "normal". Hope this helps.

Our society dictates normality - 'normal' is the majority or medium of a population.

Being normal is what is accepted by society. So 100 years ago it was normal for a women to never work in her life or for men to wear suits everywhere.

So today's 'normal' is generally how well you fit into the middle of the scale of society. So if you aren't on the extreme end of any category eg. opinions, social status, fashion sense, intelligence then you would be considered normal.

But that's boring being another one of the masses.
