Who would be a good outside mentor for my project?

I am doing a project on raising awareness on the dangers of social media, but I'm not sure what kind of person would be ideal for this project. If I was doing a project on cooking, my outside member would be somebody like a chef. But what kind of people can I find in my local community with expertise on cyberbullying?

The victims of bullies? Councillors? Social workers? Police Officers?

Even intelligence officers or professors of social media?

Hackers? Crackers? from a computer privacy standpoint
