This guy is giving me mixed signals? What do they mean!?

Me and this guy had a thing for a long time, we were really close then stuff happened and we stopped. Recently we began talking again, and hooked up at a party (just made out) and he kept telling me how much he wanted me and how cute I was and how much he liked me. He texted me the day after the party, but after that all conversation stopped. I have texted him twice within 2 weeks and he wont reply too me.. I dont know what I did!? He was just a dick on twitter too.. I want to text him and set him straight and get some answers but he wont answer me. How do I tell him off for the twitter incedent in a way that isnt mean? I want to make sure he knows he has no respect ... HELPPPP PLEASE
