Why is it that after I deactivated my Facebook I feel much happier?
I felt like when I was on Facebook, I was worried about everyone & everything that was posted & some stuff that I saw I didn't like it hurted & I was always on Facebook but shirt I deactivated, I feel stress & worry free & have more time to myself & dont have to look at all that crap. Can anybody else relate?

Facebook causes a lot of anxiety and feelings of inadequacy. That's why I'm not on there, I've learned from others they feel bad after going on there.
