Is the tampon video real?

I'm always very sceptical when events like this 'sweep' the social media so I'm asking I'd the video with giovanni plowman sucking her tampon real?

It is real! The tampon has clots on it, juice doesn't clot, you can't fake that. That is what an (extremely) used tampon looks like. I know this because I use tampons myself :/ If she had soaked it in anything else it would be much more soggy....it's disgusting and vile..but it's real :/
