I get this error message....."Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because it is not possible to turn on analog copy protection on the output display. Try installing an updated driver for your video card." How do I fix it so I can watch whatever movies I want to?

You need to reinstall the video player software and DVD Drivers that came with your Dell.
Or go to the Dell site and download the appropriate software for your model from their support / downloads area using your Service Tag

it says you need to update your driver for your video card:

press start
search for "Device Manager"

under "Display Adapters"
right click your video card
click on "Update Driver Software"
and follow the wizard.

Hello, I am Nitika from the Dell Social Media outreach team

please install the below driver link

http://filehippo.com/download_klite_codec_pack/

I would appreciate you if you can provide your system service tag so that i can check your order details and give you teh graphics driver so that we can fix this issue ASAP.

And you can find the service tag

**on the bottom of the laptop on the white sticker
**it’s a seven digit alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.

If in case you do face any challenges in the process, please feel free to contact me directly by sending me an email or by through a reply to this blog.
